📦 When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within –3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that during holidays, sales, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.
🌎 Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. We're hoping to expand to international shipping in the future!
🎨 Are your products handmade?
Many of our items are designed, personalized, or carefully created with creativity and attention to detail. Product descriptions will specify whether an item is handmade, customized, or sourced.
✨ Do you offer custom or personalized items?
Yes! We love creating personalized products whenever possible. If you're looking for something custom, contact us before placing your order and we'll let you know what's available.
🔄 What is your return policy?
Because many of our products are made to order or personalized, we generally do not accept returns on customized items unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.
For non-custom items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you have any concerns.
📦 My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that!
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We'll work quickly to make it right.

If your order hasn't entered production or shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
